“Loving ourselves points us to capacities of resilience, compassion, and understanding within that are simply part of being alive."  Kristin Neff

As human beings, we inevitably experience pain, difficulty, happiness and joy - " they are integral to our existence. Mindfulness Meditation is an invaluable practice and support for us, deeply healing our anguish in times of suffering, and enhancing our capacity to be fully present for all of our experiences.

Mindfulness: Our innate capacity to be aware of our present-moment experience. Mindful awareness gives us the ability to connect with our inner resources of steadiness, wisdom and compassion that support us to meet our experience with immediacy, clarity and kindness.

Lovingkindness: Our heart’s natural, unconditional friendliness and goodwill towards ourselves and others. Instead of feeling separate and alone, we open to a deeper and kind connection with ourselves and all beings.

Self-Compassion: Meeting our pain and suffering in the same way we would respond to a friend or a loved one. As self-compassion grows, we discover that, no matter how difficult our circumstances may be, being with ourselves in a loving way makes our challenges easier to bear.
